Ordering & Delivery

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ is 2 trays per SKU per order. You can mix and match different SKUs (e.g., 2 trays of Tiramisu + 2 trays of Chocolate Truffle) in the same order.

How quickly can you deliver?

We deliver within 48 hours of order confirmation anywhere in Bangalore. Same-day delivery is available for established accounts on request.

Do you deliver outside Bangalore?

Currently we deliver only within Bangalore city limits. We're expanding to other South Indian cities in 2026 — get in touch to register interest for your location.

How are products packaged for delivery?

Products are delivered in insulated cooler boxes with dry-ice packs, maintaining −18°C throughout transit. Each tray is sealed and labeled with SKU, batch number, and best-before date.

Storage & Handling

How long do the desserts last?

All products have a 90-day shelf life when stored frozen at −18°C from the date of production. The exact best-before date is printed on each tray.

Do I need special freezer equipment?

No. Any standard commercial or domestic freezer at −18°C is sufficient. Tray dimensions (380 × 280 × 60 mm) are compatible with standard GN (Gastronorm) shelving.

How do I thaw the desserts?

Move from freezer to refrigerator (4°C) 2–4 hours before service for best texture, or thaw at room temperature for 30 minutes for express service. Chocolate Mousse can also be microwaved for 30 seconds from frozen.

Can thawed desserts be re-frozen?

No. For food safety and texture quality, do not re-freeze any product after thawing. Thaw only what you'll serve in that shift.

Payment & Pricing

How does pricing work?

Prices are quoted per tray, exclusive of 18% GST. Volume discounts apply for orders above 10 trays per month. Contact us for a customised quote.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, and corporate cheques. Credit/debit card payments are available for orders under ₹25,000.

Do you offer credit terms?

New accounts pay in advance for the first 3 orders. Qualified accounts may receive 7-day credit terms based on a credit assessment after the initial trial period.

Product & Customisation

Can I request custom flavours or sizes?

Yes, for partners with a minimum monthly commitment of 50+ trays. We can develop custom SKUs or modify portion sizes. Lead time: 4–6 weeks for custom development.

Are your products vegetarian?

All four SKUs in our Phase 1 range are vegetarian (no eggs in Biscoff). Detailed ingredient and allergen information is available on request.

Can I get a free sample tray?

Yes. Eligible restaurants and cafés can request a free sample tray. Fill out the contact form or WhatsApp us at +91 96861 42860.
