Receive & Store Frozen

Your order arrives in insulated packaging with dry ice. Trays go directly into your freezer at −18°C. No prep, no portioning — everything is pre-done.

Storage requirements
Standard −18°C freezer · No special equipment
Shelf life: 90 days from delivery date
Tray size: 380 × 280 × 60mm (standard GN tray compatible)

Thaw Before Service

Move individual portions from freezer to refrigerator 2–4 hours before your service window. Or thaw at room temperature in 30 minutes for express service.

Thawing methods
Refrigerator: 2–4 hours at 4°C (recommended)
Room temperature: 30 minutes at 20–24°C
Mousse only: 30 seconds microwave from frozen
Do not re-freeze after thawing

Serve or Elevate

Serve directly from tray for QSRs & cafés, or add optional garnish for restaurant-grade presentation — a dusting, a sauce, a fresh element. Consistent results every time.

Plating suggestions
Chocolate Truffle: cocoa dust, fresh cream
Tiramisu: cocoa powder, espresso drizzle
Biscoff: Biscoff crumble, caramel sauce
