Shipping & Return Policy

1. Delivery zones

We currently deliver to commercial addresses within Bangalore city limits. This includes all major neighbourhoods — Indiranagar, Koramangala, Whitefield, JP Nagar, HSR Layout, Jayanagar, Marathahalli, Hebbal, and surrounding areas. For deliveries outside Bangalore, please contact us to discuss arrangements.

2. Lead times

• Fresh orders: same-day or next-day delivery, depending on your service window.
• Frozen orders: 48 hours from order confirmation.
• Sample trays: 48 hours from request approval.
• Same-day delivery (frozen): available for established accounts on a case-by-case basis. Subject to a same-day surcharge.

3. Packaging & cold chain

Fresh orders are shipped in insulated boxes with ice-gel packs, maintaining 2–4°C throughout transit. On arrival, products must be transferred to your refrigerator immediately and used within the stated shelf life (typically 3 days).

Frozen orders are shipped in insulated cooler boxes packed with food-grade dry ice, maintaining −18°C throughout transit. On arrival, products must be transferred to your freezer immediately.

4. Delivery confirmation

An authorised representative from the receiving establishment must be present to accept and sign for the delivery. The signatory should verify:

• Number of trays delivered matches the invoice.
• External packaging is undamaged.
• Fresh orders are cold to the touch; frozen orders are still frozen.

5. Returns & refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are accepted only in the following circumstances:

• Damaged or out-of-temperature on arrival: Report within 24 hours of delivery, with photos. We will replace or refund at our discretion.
• Quality defect: Report within 72 hours of delivery (fresh) or on the day of intended service (frozen) with photo and batch number. After verification, we'll replace the affected units or credit your account.
• Wrong SKU shipped: Report within 24 hours; we will dispatch the correct SKU and arrange collection of the incorrect one.

We do not accept returns for change-of-mind, over-ordering, or products that have been opened, partially thawed, or used.

6. Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method. For credit-account customers, refunds are issued as account credit unless a bank transfer is specifically requested.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before scheduled dispatch. Cancellations within 24 hours of dispatch may incur a 25% restocking fee. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
